I have been told most of my life that I should be an βInspirational Speaker,β because during critical and challenging times, I have figured out how to turn adversity into opportunity. I have competed in and coached collegiate- level athletics, performed lifesaving skills as an RN, and learned how to manage my own thoughts during high stress situations. From running ultramarathons to practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (and parenting in these unprecedented times) I have learned how to focus on the present through intentional action.
I wanted to become a NAVY SEAL but I also wanted to be a husband and father. I ultimately chose family. Then I thought, if I can't be a Navy Seal, I can at least learn from one.
One of the best decisions I made for my own life journey was to complete Mark Divineβs Navy SEAL Mental Toughness and Mindset Training, Unbeatablemind.com. When I learned how to increase my own focus, motivation and daily productivity, I knew I wanted encourage others to do the same. Watching people transform into better versions of themselves while continuing to do the work on myself is tremendously fulfilling. Living and coaching are one in the same to me. I live how I coach: with integrity, honesty, compassion and accountability.
